FINISHING WORKS:

The design is implemented using some of the highest-quality and modern materials and technologies available in the market.

Walls:

1. Enclosure and fireproof walls - Wienerberger clay bricks and Baumaster mortar

2. Non-loadbearing parts
- the walls between apartments built with Wienerberger clay bricks
- partition walls in the apartments – built with Wienerberger clay bricks or similar

3. Internal plaster:
- single-coat, levelled (ceilings)
- lime-cement renderset, gypsum puttying

Floors:

1. Polished granite in the common parts, granitogress on the terraces and cement facing in the apartments

2. Thermal insulation of the floors:
- thermal insulation with 5 cm thick XPS boards,.
- thermal insulation with 2 cm thick XPS boards underneath the facing of balconies.

3. Internal common parts:
- foyers - 5 cm. reinforced cement facing, polished granite slabs.
- stairs and stair landings - 4 cm. cement facing, polished granite slabs.
- floor corridors - 6 cm. cement facing, polished granite slabs.
- balconies - 3 cm reinforced cement facing, granitogress 45х45 at the joint, 4 mm., watertight joints.

4. Apartments:
- living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms - 4 cm cement facing.
- corridors, kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms - cement facing.

5. Underground levels: polished concrete floor finished by machine polishing (chemical resistance, attrition resistance).

Ceilings:

1. False ceilings in the foyer and plastering and gypsum puttying in the apartments.

2. Lime-cement plastering and gypsum puttying.

External joinery work:

1. PVC joinery work with 5-chamber glazing units.

2. ALUMIL-system doors and show-cases in the ground floors as per specification.

3. Provided with complete sets of door locks, hinges, handles, stoppers, automatic door and window closers in the staircases, ЕТЕМ Е 45 system, heat transfer coefficient K? 1.80.

4. Joinery work in the apartments – five-chamber double-glazing PVC with transparent glass, white-colored PVC casements, heat transfer coefficient K? 1.80.

5. Joinery work on the basement floors and in the maintenance rooms – five-chamber PVC system, transparent glass glazing.

6. Joinery work on the inside of the main entrance and on the stairs – aluminium system, with double pane glazing.

Doors:

1. Luxury class external armoured doors with triple locking and e-card, and MDF inside doors

2. Apartment entrance doors - Solid 55 Type, Series 40 or similar, bilateral steel casement with MDF boards, complete set of door locks and eyelet.

3. Living room doors - 3/4 glazed, lamination on the casement, bilateral sills.

4. Doors of bedrooms and other dry rooms - lamination on the casement, bilateral sills.

5. Bathroom, toilet, wet room doors - lamination on the casement, bilateral sills, damp-proof.

Electrical equipment:

1. Schneider switches and wall-plugs.

2. Switches, wall-plugs, sockets : BG standard or similar EU standard.

Weak-current installations:

1. Telephone, intercom, door-bell installation, wiring for Internet and cable TV.

2. Common rooms
- ТV cameras in the garages and at the main entrances of the apartment buildings.
- door-bell and intercom installation at the entrances.
- monitor screens, ТV and telephone terminals at the security guard’s desk.

3. Apartments
- ТV and telephone terminals in the living rooms.
- intercom and unlocking system in the anteroom.

Facade:

1. Ashlar facing of size-cut gneiss, limestone and thermal insulation with mineral plastering, luxury balustrades of inox and stained glass on the terraces

2. Exterior stucco: structural plastering (2 mm dragged structure), lining consisting of ground coat reinforced with fiber net for the stone attached columns on the vertical and horizontal and areas in conformity with the architectural façade plans.

Heating/Cooling:

1. Heating by individual gas cauldrons, aluminium radiators and air conditioners for heating and cooling.

2. Local water heating

3. Each apartment is fitted with a distribution block collector set which will support all heating appliances.

4. Aluminium radiators; the bathrooms are equipped with tubular type radiators.
